Refund and Return policy
Confetti Milano, considered the nature of the products, does not accept returns and does not allow refund for any order once it is processed and shipped.

Processing time
Processing time may vary from the numeber of favors.
For example:
- For orders x <20 = time 1 to 3 business days
- For orders 21 < 50 = time 3 to 5 business days
- For orders 51 < 80 = time 5 to 7 business days
- For orders 81 < 100 = 6 to 8 business days
Shipping
Shipping time depends on the zone.
Usually 3-5 business days once the order had been shipped.
NOTE: please consider that with Covid-19 the shipping time may take longer.
